There are lots of activities that occur "behind the scenes" to make the GNU Radio Conference happen. As the size and scale of GRCon has continued to grow, so have the responsibilities. GRCon is a volunteer-driven event. This means all of the work is done by volunteers, from setting up our website to organizing the venue and schedule. There are many opportunities to get involved both before the event and during the conference.
Here are some areas we could really use help:
- Promotion and Advertising
- Community Outreach
- Call for Participation Reviewers
- A/V and Logistics (e.g., setting up and running sound, projectors, camera, OBS, streaming)
- Amateur Radio Exams
- Social Organizing
- Registration desk and other support during GRCon
