We are actively planning the in-person GRCon21 event in Charlotte and are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of the attendees.
When you purchase an In-Person Registration for GRCon21, you will be required to acknowledge the following paragraph:
"I acknowledge and understand that the COVID-19 virus continues to be a health risk and despite reasonable efforts to mitigate such dangers the risks cannot be totally eliminated. I understand that the GNU Radio Conference is requiring in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will not attend unless I have received the vaccinations. While at GRCon I will exercise reasonable caution and follow any event or government requirements."
At the GRCon21 Registration Desk
- With the unprecedented times we are making adaptations to prioritize the safety of all attendees and our host location. Despite our reasonable best efforts there will still be some risk from COVID-19 and we will be requiring our in-person attendees to sign a COVID Acknowledgement document (we will have plenty of printed copies). Apologies for the legalese but this is part of the requirements we have for being able to run the event in-person this year.
- Attendees will be required to show their vaccination card, a copy, or a photo of it in order to receive their badge.
- Attendees will be required to wear a mask during the event.
